Help run the beer trucks, refill water stations, set-up chairs and tents, sell merch, take tickets, house sit beautiful homes, be part of the elite trash brigade (bonus: drive golf carts!), so many more opportunities. The ways you can give back are endless. Inman Park can’t thank you enough!

General Rules for All Volunteers
Volunteers will be rewarded with a cold beer, but not via the busy beer trucks.
We will have kegs of beer reserved for our active volunteers to enjoy after their volunteer shifts. Due to requirements from our insurance carrier and liquor license holder, as well as logistical concerns, volunteers and staff may no longer get free beer from any beer trucks. Once you sign up, our committee chairpeople will let you know where you can enjoy your volunteer beer after your shift.
Beer Volunteer Rules
We love our beer volunteers and hope these simple rules will keep our beer trucks operating smoothly while keeping our insurer and liquor license holder happy.
- No consecutive shifts: Volunteers can sign up for one shift. Volunteers will not be accepted for multiple consecutive shifts unless explicit prior approval is made by our Beer Captains. This includes doing consecutive shifts on different trucks. The enthusiasm for volunteering is appreciated and you are encouraged to spread your talents around to other volunteer opportunities at Festival. You are welcome to sign up for two shifts if they are spread over two days.
- Sign up in your own name: Beer volunteers must sign up for volunteer slots in the name of the specific person who will be working that shift. Do not sign-up on behalf of someone else. An individual email address is required for each person serving on the shift.
- No Guaranteed Slots: Signing up for a beer shift does not guarantee you will be given that volunteer slot. You will receive a confirmation email from our Beer Committee to let you know once the slot is reserved.
