About Festival
Inman Park Festival & Tour of Homes takes place in one of Atlanta’s oldest and most scenic neighborhoods. First developed in the late 1800s, Inman Park features an abundance of historic homes and several scenic parks. The Festival began in the early 1970’s as a means to attract attention for revitalization efforts in the community.
Taking place on the last full weekend in April, Inman Park Festival & Tour of Homes is Atlanta’s largest all volunteer festival. Organized by the Inman Park Neighborhood Association, the Festival & Tour of Homes has grown to become a full weekend jam packed with events.
Festival offers something for everybody: music, kids activities, a Tour of Homes, a marvelous street parade, an artists’ market, not to mention some of the city’s best people-watching. Come early, stay late, and be our guests at Atlanta’s best street festival.
Getting here
Check out the map page for an overview of important festival locations and for help getting here. We do not recommend driving to the neighborhood as parking will be limited due to the large number of visitors. Here are some suggested options:
- Walk or Bike - We are BeltLine adjacent and have free valeted bike parking.
- Take Marta - The Inman Park/Reynoldstown Station is right at the heart of Festival.
- Use a Ride Share or Taxi - You will want to have them drop you off a few blocks away to avoid congestion. Several streets will be closed to traffic.
If you lost or found an item during festival, stop by the information booth in front of 160 Elizabeth Street to drop off or look for lost items.
FAQ
What is the schedule of events? When does a specific event take place?
Please visit the events page for a detailed break down of dates and times.
Are pets allowed?
No. Per City of Atlanta ordinances, pets are not allowed at festivals, “unless part of a planned festival program or assisting persons with disabilities”. This prohibition includes “dogs, cats, snakes, birds, pigs, etc.”, and applies whether or not the pet is leashed. As the ordinance says, this is for the pet’s protection as well as for the protection of festival patrons.
Are there group ticket rates?
Yes! We offer group discounts for parties of 10 or more. Please email festival@inmanpark.org to inquire.
Can I use my digital voucher to get into a home on the Tour of Homes?
Yes. Show your voucher with the QR or barcode (either on your phone or printed on paper) at the door of each home along with your photo ID (preferably a driver’s license) for admission. The name on the ID must match the name on the voucher. If there is a discrepancy, you will be asked to proceed to the Tour of Homes ticket table for clarification. Paper tickets will be available for sale at the ticket table during Inman Park Festival Tour of Homes hours. Digital vouchers may be purchased online at any time during Festival weekend. No entry to homes on tour will be granted without either a paper ticket booklet or a voucher with photo identification.
Will there be food available to purchase at the festival?
