Band Bio

Based in Atlanta, Y’all brings listeners a style of emotive indie folk rock that marries the guitar stylings of Tom Petty with vocals reminiscent of Dolores O’Riordan of the Cranberries. Guitarist, lyricist, and vocalist Alex Huey, who formed the band in 2020, brings a distilled depth and harrowing weight to the songs with heart-clenching vocals and poignant lyrics. The group’s latest album How To Keep Things Alive (self-released in October of 2024) uplifts the band’s growth with standout tracks like “Potential Missed” and “Losing Me,” which showcases the group’s ability to write catchy songs without losing their substance. Huey is joined by Jack Nieder on pedal steel guitar, Connor Palacios on lead guitar, Beth McDonald on bass, and Liam Henry on drums.
