What is Theatre Night?
Inman Park’s Theatre Night is a fundraiser for 3 neighborhood theatres – Horizon Theatre, 7Stages, and Dad’s Garage. All proceeds from table sales and a lively auction are donated to these neighborhood gems.
Our fabulous neighborhood theatres and emcee Nick will be returning this year, in better form than ever! Each theatre will perform, and a live auction will be held. Auction Items will include an Atlanta Zoo elephant encounter, after-dark Fernbank experience, and perhaps some of the most popular items from years past …. In addition, there will be a wine pull with bottles that will excite even the most discerning enophile!
Why it matters
Small theatres enrich our lives and we’re so fortunate to have them in our neighborhood. The COVID-19 pandemic dealt a blow that our Atlanta arts community is still trying to recover from, and funding at the city, state and federal levels has been reduced or threatened now as well. Theatres depend on our patronage and our generosity. For more information, check out Arts Capital | Atlanta.
So, show your support for live theatre in our neighborhood: pack your picnic basket, call your friends, and reserve your table now!
